Question: Is 30 minutes a day, everyday Enough for exercise!?
I'm trying to lose weight!. I use this exercise tape with interval training!. ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yup 30 minutes is enough especially if it's an intense exercise, intese short exercises can ussually be better then long moderate exercise because of the lengthy post -oxygen consumption affect (which basically just speeds up your metabolism) , intense exercise also stimulate the release of higher levels of GH which is the most powerful hormone responsible for weight loss, and short intense exercises can sometimes be anabolic so they can increase your at rest metabolic rate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to dedicate some more time for loosing weight and 30 minutes was not really enough
