about 4lbs a week!. But it depends on your bmi and your bmr and the amout of cals you consume a day normally!. Keep in mind that it's easier for heavier people to lose weight and that one pound equals about 3,500 calories!. And don't listen to them you won't pass out, but I do recomend taking vitamins and lots of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You would initially lose water and a little fat, but the worst of it is that you would begin to lose muscle!. You do not want to lose muscle! Ever! Muscle supports your bones, your skin, your connective tissues, and it burns a significant amount of fat and keeps your metabolism up!. If you drop to only 500 calories and eat no fat, your body deems itself in starvation mode and drops your metabolism significantly!. This causes the fat to become very stubborn and weight loss slows (you will also gain it back quickly once your diet ends)!. Your body needs nutrition! It also needs the right amount of proper fats (from olive oil, nuts, avocadoes!.!.!. the polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats), proteins, carbs, etc!. from meats, poultry, fruits, vegetables, whole grains!. 1000-1200 calories per day is the lowest you'd ever want to drop!. Probably not much!. If you drop below about 1200 calories a day your body goes into starvation mode, and it'll hang on to every single ounce of fat that's in your system!. Also, when you start eating regular again, you'll probably gain more weight because your metabolism will still be in "starvation" mode, and therefore will save up all food you consume in fear of starving again!.
The healthiest way to lose fat is 2-3 pounds a week, eating between 1200-1500 calories a day, and steady excercise!. Also, drink at least 8 8ounce glasses of water a day!

i did this!. for a couple of weeks and yes lost weight, but not fat!. i lost water and i fainted once on the street!. this is not healthy!. look at what happened to me!. its so bad for you, your body will start killing itself in a desperate attmept to get some energy, whether thats from muscle or your organs!. just dont do it seriously!.

and carbs are good, just not nrefined ones, and you also need some fat, the good kind or you will be malnourished!.

Well, you'd lose probaly a pund, but then gain it back when you eat normal again!.!.!.
Don't count caleries!!! Just excercise off as much as you need! If you don't pay attention to caleries or exercise, than you won't be thinking of food all the time, or how much you want to lose weight!.!.!.
Pretend you're a little kid again!! They ate, then went out to play tag, ride bike, or stuff like that!! Summer is coming!! Go swimming!! (I LOVE SWIMMING!! lolz!!)
Or, If you want to cut caleries, try to replace regular chips for pretzels, crackers, or even baked chips will make a difference!! Also buy Sparkly Water (I called it that when I was little) in replacement of soda!.!.!. make sure it has no caleries, and just like regular water, but with flavor and its also carbonated!.
Also, eat breakfast!! Just a piece of fruit in the morning is okay!.!. (Well, thats what I heard in other answers, so Im just repeating lol!.!.!. I personally don't eat Breakfast, But thats becuase my school has snack!.!.!.lol!!!)

you need to eat right!.!.!.!.exercise!.!.!.aerobic and some weight training!.!.!.!.do about 30 mins a day !.!.!.!.once you have reached your target weight you can go workout only 3 days a weeks to maintain your weight!.!.!.!.if you starve the way you are doing now!.!.!.your body will think you are fasting and it starts to deposit fats!.!.!.!.also when you start eating normal again the weight comes back on really fast!.!.!.so its always sensible to lose weight the right way and that will keep it off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's not a healthy way to lose weight!. Drastically reducing your caloric intake will lead to a crash and then you'll go right back to your normal eating habits!. Weight loss is not about speed!. Weight loss is about making long-term changes in your diet and exercise habits that result in a healthier you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Idk how much weight you would lose but it's not a long-term solution, you'll put it back on again as soon as you start eating normally!.
