Omg...sit - ups?!


Question:

Omg...sit - ups?

Every time I do a set of sit ups, I feel fine immediately afterwards. But a couple of minutes later, I get a surging pain in my abdominals. Because of this I don't do sit ups regularly. Is the pain normal, or could I be doing something wrong?


Answers:

I know what you mean, every once in awhile I get a pain in my abs after working out. It can mean two things, either theya re sore and tight and you need to stretch them, or you may have a hernia. If the pain continues or gets worse you may want to see a doctor.
