WOW...i need some advise?!
Question: WOW!.!.!.i need some advise!?
ok so i am female 18 5'4 110lbs!. i got my wisdom teeth out a few weeks ago but now i have an infection so i am on antibiotics!.!.!.al up i have to take 12 pills a day!!! i am soooo scared of being as sick as i was when i was taking them when i had my wisdom teeth out (no food for days and all those antibiotics, painkillers etc) i have been making sure i am eating loads!. today i had:
oats made with skim milk and water, green tea, 2 glasses of water, massive spinach, tomato, low fat cheese and egg tosted sandwich with baked beans on wholemeal bread, low fat cheese and 9 grain crackers, crackers with salad in between and then a coffee!.
I have eaten soooooooooo much and have had heaps like this for 3 days as i am terrified about the antibiotics messing with my stomach if i don't eat!. will i gain weight this week do you reckon!? i wil not eat again until dinner which i think is just roast vegetables!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry too much about what you have eaten!. If you go thru and look at the nutritional value of what you are eating, you will find that most of what you have eaten falls into one of the following categories:
-- high fiber (spinach, grain crackers)
-- complex carbs (oats, wholemeal bread, tomato)
-- proteins (skim mils, egg, low fat cheese)
I would suggest that you lean include proteins in you last meal of the day if possible!.
There are times where we all fall into the type situation that you are in where we can't ideally follow the diet we want to!. It appears that you have put some thought into the food you are eating so you are on the right track!.
First get back healthy and then hit your fitness plan full force!.
