Question: What really makes you lose weight drop pounds and shed inches!?
I want to know, from you who have had weight loss success, what you really used to make you lose your weight!? I've been a certain size for almost 10 years, I can't gain weight (ty lord) and nor lose weight!. I really really want to drop 2 dress/pant sizes, but it's hard as heck for me!. I've been tested for hypothroidism, turned negative and other conditions!. I'm pretty much healthy on no medications!. I've been through so many diets spent tons of money on different things! No luck ever! I've tried hypnotists, over the counter pills, green tea diet, apple cider vinegar diet, tried Jillian Michaels dandelion drink, lean cuisines, counting calories, 48 hour hollywood diet!. I even commited myself to all these diets, and nothing ever worked!. So, what really works, for stubborn weight, for people like me!? I exercise, drink water, cut portions in meals, eat pretty much healthy choices!. I don't overeat!. So, besides all that, what ingredient, pill, or whatever it is, actually works!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here's what will help!. Doctor's gave me this advice!.

Buy a tredmill, for example the Gazelle by Tony!. My mom went from a size 10 to a size 4 in just 6 months by just hopping on it for 30 minutes everyday!. And my mom isn't young!. But, she looks 20 times younger than her age!. So you can try that!.

If you have a dog that walks at a fast pace, that's wonderful! Walk your dog everyday for 30 minutes keeping at it's pace!. I think it's funnier then having to be in the house on the tredmill!.

NO DAIRY PRODUCTS!. No cheese, it slows down your digestive!. And in order to loose weight, you need to digest a lot!. (Flush it all out!)!. Eat 2 fruits a day ONLY!. The rest MUST be vegtables!. Little carrots for a snack!. 10 grapes in 1 serving, to let you know!. Did you know that banana's aren't healthy!? 1 banana has 300 and something calories!. Only eat those once every 2 weeks!. Drink a full glass of water before eating (helps your body full up)!. Eat breakfast, makes your matabilism (sp) high!.

NUMBER ONE TIP THAT DOCTOR TOLD ME

In order to loose weight, you must loose CHOLESTROL!. So, CUT DOWN ON SALT, salt is the number one thing that makes your blood pressure really high!.

barely eating for about 2 weeks works like eat a very little about 3 times a day and you should be fine!. warning very unhealthy do not try it unless you want to lose serious weight!. Or just around a track for about an hour a day and you should see improvementsWww@Answer-Health@Com

the eternal quest i tried to find that out to just eat snacks alot like carots sunflower seeds eat them ALOT and like eat healtly but not to much but like subway is excellent !Www@Answer-Health@Com

My husband just went to what is considered a "healthy" diet!. That means lots of protein, veges, fruits!. Using vitamin C can help some of the water to be diminished, as far as I know, and a good thing to try is to begin eating apples!. Try eating one in the morning!. When you feel hungry, have an apple!. You might also try picking up a book called, "Going Against the Grain"!. Sometimes we have sensitivities to certain foods and it makes it difficult to loose weight!. Try reading this book, as when my husband dropped wheat, he dropped more lbs!. as well as his headaches!. You might also try to find a hobby or activity that consumes more time, especially one that is outside or away from the house and away from food sources!. If you get engrossed in it, you might forget to go for whatever foods happen to be an issue for you, in particular!. Try the apples, and possibly wheat-free!.
