Good ways to tone and lose weight on legs and butt?
Especially thighs and butt but calves too. I need easy and inexpensive ways, preferably at home.
Answers:
First of all, you cannot "spot reduce" any particular area of your body, you can only reduce your entire body fat index. You can, however select and tone certain areas and it need not be expensive. Stair climbing is good for legs and buns and does a pretty passable job of increasing lung capacity (wind) if you do enough. At the medical center where I work, our tallest building has 289 steps and I climb those once a day, every day that I work. I gave up high-fat breakfasts in favor of a can of V-8 and I have a subway 6" sandwich for lunch. Lost 19 lbs. in less than three months and it's saying off...oh, I also gave up sweets pretty much. Sometimes ya just gotta do chocolate, but not too much...K ;o)
