Question: Whats the best way to tighten up abs!?
I am a 23 year old female and I am losing weight!. I want to look good for the summer!. Whats the best way to tighten up my abs!?
I used to weigh 171 lbs!. Now I weight between 140-138 lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd definitely check out that 8 minute abs video!. Its old but still effective!. I did over the course of last summer and really got decent abs!.

Also, try laying on your back and lifting your legs about 6 inches off the ground!. Hold them there for a few seconds, then open them (still holding them above ground)!. Wait another few seconds and close your legs!. Repeat this process multiple times and do a few intervals!. This really helped me develop my lower abs which are definitely the hardest!.

try the latest fitness craze now!. the heavy hula and you can buy it at any sports utility stores!. get the right weight for your height!. start with a 10 minute workout daily and then intensify your workout as you go and then finish off with an hour workout once you get the hang of it!. in no time at all, you'll see your abs tighten and you'll have a more defined waistline!. try it!. hope that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
