What would you do...?
Well, so far I have tried many things to keep myself fit and I feel great. =] Although the problem is I just got grounded and i'm stuck in my house for 2 weeks. So, I was wondering what can I do to keep myself fit and loose 4pounds within those weeks.
Answers:
cleaning and doing everyday activities in the house burns alot of calories but you could dance to some of your fav. songs or if you have stairs you could use them. just remember to not sit in front of the tv and eat the whole time, just cause your inside doesnt mean there is a limit on the amount of excercise you can do
