Question: Doing So Well Until I Pigged Out (Diet)!?
Arh! I was doing so well today on my diet until i just completely pigged out big style!. I have just eaten 2 slices of toast, 2 bags of crisps & a chocolate bar in the time of 1 hour! I am so ashamed of myself!.!.how can i stop myself pigging out!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off, food is meant to be enjoyed!. Live a healthy lifestyle "eat a healthy diet" not be on a diet!.
How can you expect to lead a healthy life when you are "stressed out" about "failing" your diet!? This is why diets don't work!

I find that when we restrict ourselves from having something classified as "bad" then feelings of guilt overwhelm us!.

If you want a piece of chocolate have a piece to satisfy the craving, if you eat the entire bar and then some well; its not a craving that you are trying to satisfy, it's emotional!.

So, my suggestion would be to toss the diet out the window and just lead a better life!. Look at this way, you know that you need energy every single day for your body to function well then only put the best food into your body to get the best out of your body!.

A healthy diet consists of the "replacement method"
white bread, flours are replaced with whole grain breads and flours

White sugar is replaced with either "pure" maple syrup, honey or succant sugar

increase fruit and veggie, you can make great smoothies at home!.

you can also replace milk with soy or almond or rice beverage
