How come i feel so lazy and tired when i sit at my desk at work all day??!


Question: How come i feel so lazy and tired when i sit at my desk at work all day!?!?
shouldn't i feel more energetic because i need to do something active!?

i used to be really active and this lifestyle of sitting at my desk for 8 hrs and 30 mins every day is really taking it's toll on me!. plus i have to drive to work and back, so in total i'm seated for 9 hrs!! shouldn't i feel energetic when i get home!?
i feel like sitting at the desk has made me lazy

how do i break out of this!? are there any foods that i can eat/avoid to help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Take breaks during the period and be active during that break!.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's because you dont move your muscles so much that when you do it feels like they are tired from sitting down so much, happens to me aswell!.
Man i gotta get in shape :-(
The best thing to do is go for 1-2 30 min walks a day i try to at least do 1 (speaking of which ill be walking down to the shops to buy some supplies :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You've already touched on the answer--more activity is what you need!. Sitting at a desk all day and then driving on top of it would make even a top athlete feel sluggish!. The answer is to try to get more activity into your day!. Take a walk at lunch!. Take the stairs rather than the elevator at work (if that applies to your building)!. When you make telephone calls try standing while you talk; you can even do some toe raises!.
