Question: Im always feeling bloated!. What can I do!?
My belly is kinda big where as I am quite a skinny guy!. I havent eaten today but i do feel full!. What kind of diets stop you from feeling bloated!?!?!?!? Please Help!. 10 points for best answer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Foods which can cause bloating are beans, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, sprouts, onions and garlic so may want to eat fewer of these!.

Also chewing gum can make you bloated as your swallowing to much air!.

Irritable bowel syndrome is also often associated with bloating!. Generally a healthy diet will help you lose weight and keep the symptoms of IBS at bay!. But again, if you think this is a problem, you should see your GP!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yoghurt - probiotic is the best to reduce bloating - can be fruit flavour so long as it is the probiotic type!.
I'd also avoid fizzy drinks, and don't eat bread, pasta or rice for your evening meal and drink plenty of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can get some medication over the counter at a chemist for the bloating feeling, also i would book an appointment with your gp for a checkup, just to be on the safe side!.,Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have IBS, its really painful, i have peppermint tablets and drink lots of water and try not to get stressed!. Try not to eat bread,pasta as that gets my IBS going!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
