toning your butt, would it get bigger? i have a small frame and that means flat butt, what can i do to get it bigger?
Answers:
If you exercise your glutes then they can get larger. If you tone your rear end it may appear larger just because the muscles are in better shape, but to get really bigger you will have to add fat.
