I am so adicted to the same foods everyday! Is this unhealthful?!


Question: I am so adicted to the same foods everyday! Is this unhealthful!?
For each of my meals I eat:

blackberries, blueberries, beans (lima or kidney beans), carrots, brocolli, celery and sometimes other fruits and veggies!.

I have a bowl of those foods (like a fruit veggie salad) for each meal during the day!.

And for a snack I eat apples, peanut butter and some almonds!.

Sometimes I have a glass of milk in the evening!.

Okay, so, I guess my main question is: what am I not getting that humans need in their diet!? I do not eat meat!.

One day, I decided to make me a veggie/fruit salad and it was so good, that is all I eat! But, after my daily run, I get a little dizzy, something that had never ever happened to me before and I can't help but think there is something or more than one thing I am missing in my diet!

I don't see any pasta, rice, bread or potatos!? They give substantial amounts of energy so that you don't feel dizzy when you run!.
Of course the whole grain types of the rice, pasta and breads

Other than that you are fine!

There is nothing wrong with eating the same thing everyday as long as you are not depriving your body of certain nutrients!. You are definitely depriving you body of complex carbohydrates and protein!. This could be the cause of your lack of energy!. Try and add tuna, salmon, chicken to your salad!. Apple and pb or almonds is a perfect afternoon snack!.
It sounds like you are active so you body is screaming for glucose!. Try yogurt w/ fruit, smoothie, or oatmeal in the morning!. Like I stated above try working in brown rice, whole breads/tortillas, sweet and red potatoes, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like a really healthy diet but maybe it does not contain enough calories and that is why you are feeling so dizzy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

add in tofu (i dont eat meat either, and firm tofu tastes okay) for protein, and a whole grain product for carbs!.!.not starches though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its a great diet but try different food because one day you might not have these food!. and different foods give different kinds of vitamins and stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
