Question: Help! No matter how much I eat through the day!.!.!?
I ALWAYS get hungry in the evening and eat loads!. I tend to eat bread and sandwiches!. I know this is the worst time to eat but I cant resist!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

when we get hungry after we have eten its not that we are hungry its that our blood sugars have dropped!.

the best thing is something that is sugary but good for you!.

i would suggest jam on toast, is good as its sugary but not over the top!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try eating more foods with lean protein (lowfat dairy, chicken breasts, fish) , foods with fiber (vegetables, fruits, wholegrains) and a little healthy fat (a handful of nuts, a teaspoon of olive oil, a few avocado slices)!. Drink more water!.
Cut out sugary foods (soda, candy, sweet baked goods) and other refined processed foods made with white flour and corn like pretzels, chips, etc !. These foods will cause you to feel hungry and eat more later!.
Eat a breakfast with at least 400 calories that includes protein and fiber!. Spread your calories out over the day!. Eat 2 small lunches rarther than one big lunch!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should try eating smaller more frequent meals!. Almost every "diet" book on the market today recommends eating every 2-3 hours!. If you are feeding your body regularly you won't be tempted to eat too much in the evenings!. You can also try eating more protein as it keeps you full longer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do following things,
1) In morning break fast take more protin ( hi protin) so automatically due to more protin intake ur hunger is in control!.
2) increse water intake thru day!.
3) eat more salad or froots
4) if u can not control eat brown bread
5) eat 6 times day but very tiny amount (except breakfast because we have 10+ hours on fast so metapolisism rate required to be increased in morning)

more often than not it's a question of habit rather than hunger!.unless of course you are drinking alcohol which tends to give you the munchies!.best solution is to change entirely what you do in the evenings to avoid / evade that hungry time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink alot of water when you feel hungry!.!.it should help fill you up!. or chew gum so you aren't tempted to eat anything!.
or if you MUST eat something!.!.dont go for bread/sandwiches- grab a piece of fruit or make yourself a saladWww@Answer-Health@Com
