Is this my parents or my fault?!

Question: Is this my parents or my fault!?
Well, I weigh 210, wear a 34 waist size, and I'm 14!. Is it my fault I'm fat!? I feel it was my parents!. I think so because I was a pretty thin kid when I was 3 to 5 years old!. By that time, I lived in a trailer park, I had a bunch of friends, and I could take a bike ride around the place and back,( being around 200-400 feet in area!.) and I ate healthy food!

It all changed when we moved!. We changed from a public suburban society to a disclosed country road!. The only source of food that came in now was Chef Boyardee, Fast food, and pizza!. I soon began to grow a belly, and later grew stretch marks alongside it!. I soon grew used to these types of foods, and stopped eating carrots and spinach, and such, and substituted them with junk food!. During Thanksgiving and Christmas, I now disliked Turkey and green beans!. Only eating rolls of the side, my relatives began to make fun of me, and saying rude remarks about my weight!. This only deepened my bad food eating!. Is this my parents fault!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
If it is your parents' fault, can they fix it for you!? NO!.

It really doesn't matter who's fault it is, yours, theirs the neighbour's!.!.!.

What matters now is that you understand that there is only one person who can change it, only one person who cares enough to make a difference in your life, and only one person who will die an obesity related death if he doesn't change it NOW!.!.!. Not tomorrow but NOW!.

Forget who is to blame, worry about who is going to die from it, or worse yet, live an ever-decaying life that reaps little rewards for it!.

Make it your goal now to show the ones who made fun of you that you can live well, live healthy and prosper in spite of their ridicule!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why did the types of food change from "public suburban" to a "disclosed country road"!? Nothing should have changed!.!.even in the country you have grocery stores near you!. What happened that caused your parents to only provide the Chef/pizzas etc!.!? Even if you have to eat these things!.!.!.get out and ride your bike, find some type of exercise to work off those awful calories, that come from those types of food!. It looks like a 50/50 blame!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would think that it is a little bit, but you cant blame it all on them!. but since your older now you should try and give yourself a heathier life style, thats what i did!. try small things like eating heathier and staying away from junk food!. And since its spring try going for like 10 min walks and eventually increase the timeWww@Answer-Health@Com

its nobody's fault just slow down on the fast foods and excercise more!.!. you're still young so your metabolism is probably pretty good!.!. join a sports team or something if you want or just go for a bike ride or a run if you're bored looking for somethin to doWww@Answer-Health@Com

your parents!!
they should of made you eat all kinds of healthy food even though you didnt like them!.
plus,, when you started to gain weigh they should of told you,, and make you change your diet!.
yet again,,, you could of also changed your diet yourself!.
so!.!.!. both!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I dont think you can shift all the blame onto your parents, although they should encourage you to eat more healthier foods!.!.but your also old enough to say no to fast food junk and opt for more healthier food/fruits etc!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its mainlyy your fault because your the one whos eating the fattning stufff!. its not like theyre forcing you to eat it!. but theyre also not encouraging you not to eat itt!.t which they should!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

IT seems like you understand what the problem is- unhealthy eating and lack of exercise!.!.!. correct that!.!.!. and no- its not your parents faultWww@Answer-Health@Com

It is your parents because they moved your diet to a worst oneWww@Answer-Health@Com

your fault!. you cant blame your problems on others!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to take responsible on your diet
not your parentsWww@Answer-Health@Com

I would say both!.!.!. i highly doubt that your parents forced you to change your excersize habitsWww@Answer-Health@Com

it is a little of both!. See your parents gave you the bad kinds of foods when u were younger, so you ate it!. But u also continued eating unhealthy foods even after realizing the types of foods you were eating were making it diffucult on you and the status of your weight!.

Although, you could blame your parents, you must first consider that maybe your mother or father or legal guardian(s) were too busy and were unable to cook you proper dinners or were short on both time AND money, which meant they were forced to feed you all the fast foods and junk foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all for a fourteen year old your question is really well written!. To answer your question you might think of what you have done to keep from getting into this situation!. It seems to me you haven't done much therefore it is in part your fault!. As a teenager you might find that you have a lot to say about what foods are served in the house!. Ask your parents for healthy food go out for walks and jogs spend more time in the outdoors and inside watching T!.V!. and using other electronics!. Only you have the power to make your life better and nobody is going to hand you anything not even your health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your fault, my friend!. The carrots and spinach were still there, and the person who put the unhealthy foods in your mouth was--you!

But it's pointless to assign blame!. You want to forget about fault and get healthy again, and feel good, and feel good about the way you look, too!.

You can lose weight if no healthy foods are available, you know!. It's all portion control!.

Start reading packages!. Weigh or measure your portions!. And ask whoever brings food into the house to help you out by having fruit and vegetables on hand for you, because you want to eat a healthier diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
