Question: Okayy so easy ways to loose weight by summer!?
so i am 5'3 and in 10th grade and like 130 120 something idk!. somewhere around there!. but yeah i want to loose a lot of weight by the summer and fast so yeah does anyone have any good ways that i can loose weight fast!? cuz i am fat and it seriously sucksWww@Answer-Health@Com

You're going to have to do a combination of things in order to achieve optimum results in toning your body!. You should eat many small portions of healthy food throughout the day!. You really don't need to cut out any snacks; just eat them in moderation!. Get 8-10 hours of sleep every night!. Drink water frequently!. I recommend eliminating soda from your diet completely!. Most importantly, you must exercise!. You'll need to combine cardio and strength exercises!. Try running, biking, and swimming for cardio exercise!. Try various types of ab exercises as well; you can find examples online!. Make sure to constantly switch up your workout routine to really challenge your body!. Don't say your fat, because if you say that your never going to lose weight!. Believe in yourself and be positive!. Eat healthy no junk or fatty foods!. Always veggies and fruits!. Exercise daily!.
