Problem with Breakfast...?!


Question: Problem with Breakfast!.!.!.!?
When I eat breakfast, usually a smoothie or oats of some sort, I am sooooo freakin' hungry all day! I immediately eat again an hour later, BUT if I don't eat breakfast, I am good until lunch (or when I am hungry)!. Then I am fine!. Is it truly necessary to eat breakfast (beyond a cup of joe) OR is it just a marketing scheme to sell fruit loops!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

When we first wake up our body burns through a lot of food!.!.!. mornings suck!.!.!. so when you eat a small breakfast you are going to be hungry quicker because your using energy to break down the food!. Coffee is a great way to put a hitch in your giddy up but if you eat a big breakfast normal lunch and a smaller dinner it is healthier for your body since we don't use as much energy while we sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The reason you feel satisfied when you don't eat breakfast is because your metabolism starts very slowly!. When you eat breakfast, it jump starts your metabolism, which causes you to burn more calories and makes you hungry!. Since it starts your metabolism, you have more energy to give through-out the day, and can do much better in your daily activities!. Eat breakfast and bring a small snack, such as a yogurt, to hold you off til lunch!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think its exactly a scheme, but as long as you can work steadily through the day until lunch, you should be fine!. Breakfast isn't always necessary-people in my grade complain about stomachaches when they eat breakfast!. I think that says it would depend on the person!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should always eat breakfast!.!.!. it jumpstarts your metabolism and that's why you're so hungry afterwards because you eat such a meager breakfast!.!.!. they recommend a 2000 calorie diet so 1/3 of that is nearly 700 calories and i highly doubt your smoothie has anywhere near that many caloriesWww@Answer-Health@Com

Thats a common reaction!. It's not a scheme, it's just the way your body works but I'm not gonna get into that, google it!. You need more protein in your breakfast, it will keep you fuller longer and increase energy!. Try eggs, yogurt, milk, ect!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm the same way!. I think the Fruit Loop people are just conspiring against us!.
Unless you are a size 2, which I am not, I think you eat when you are hungry and not eat when you are not!Www@Answer-Health@Com

your suppost to but your suppost to do alot of things, i usually dont eat breakfast, i just have a big lunch or snack for awhile, do what you have to, as long as you feel healthy thats what mattersWww@Answer-Health@Com

Oatmeal - I get the Quaker lower sugar instant packs!.!.!.!.fills me up until lunchtime!.

it is better to have breakfast because it kick starts your metabolism!. You'll lose more weight eating breakfast than not eating breakfast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
