you can try some machines at a gym, machines like leg press, leg extention, leg curl all work your legs!. if you're looking for something other than lifting, there's step aerobics!.!.!.they made us do it in gym class in high school and it got pretty tiringWww@Answer-Health@Com

the rowing machine is pretty good as it shouldnt bulk them up too much or make them too muscleyWww@Answer-Health@Com
