Lunges, squats, and standing on an elevated surface (such as a step for step aerobics) with the ball of your feet on the surface and using your body weight go up and down!.!.!. you can stand on one leg to increase the intensity, then switch!.
You can use free weights to add intensity!.

You can alternate between regular (shoulder width apart) to the diamond (where you place your hands closer together), you can also alternate where you place your hands!.!.!.further up close to your shoulders or further back by your chest!.
