Salad: Salad, chopped carrots, Italian bread, and grilled/toasted chicken
Smoothies: Any fruits ( add half a cup of milk)

Fruit and Fiber bars are great for snacking!. Walmart has an entire isle for healthy snacks!. My advice to you would be to visit that isle and test items sparingly!. Every time you try something new (and like it) write it down and make it a permanant item on your shopping list!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I love nuts: they keep one full, are packed with protein, and are very healthy!. There are also "negative calorie" foods such as celery, carrots (low-cal veggies) that take more energy to digest than the intake!. Salads are OK if you use the spritzers; a lot of salad dressings can have 100< for one serving!.
For lunch:
My favorite recipe is made with tofu, and I concocted it myself one day because I really craved it!. It was funny! I can't give you specifics (I didn't write it down) but here's the draft of the recipe!.
Ingredients:
- Canned, diced, seasoned tomatoes!.
- Sliced mushrooms
- Extra firm tofu
- Wheat hamburger buns
- Italian bread crumbs
- Feta cheese
Instructions:
1!. Take 1/4 block of your tofu; crumble it!. Roll in bread crumbs!. Set on greased pan and bake 275 F until desired
texture is achieved!.
2!. Next, toast your hamburger buns (as many as desired)!. Set on pan!.
3!. Take your tomatoes (you might want to heat these up before this) and spread over the bread!.
4!. Set out your mushrooms over the tomatoes!.
5!. Take your tofu and sprinkle over the tomatoes!.
6!. Take your (crumbled) feta cheese and add as desired!.
7!. Set your "pizzas" inside oven at 375 F until the feta cheese peaks have turned dark brown (he he, they make a good indicator!.)
8!. Eat and enjoy!
