although this is not what you want to hear!.!. if you want to get rid of your belly fat, you need to work hard for it!. You should start by eating healthier, try to stick to things like granola and salads!. And as for the muscle, just do regular sit ups!. wedge your toes underneath something ( a couch can work) and just start doing situps!. once you get better, you can put a weight on your chest!. Now although this is not easy, it WILL give you good results!. i guarantee it!. you know why!? because i have dont what i just told you to do for four years, and i am proud to say that i have a full six pack!. try standing up then lift one of your legs and bend it by the knee
move your arm across your chest while doing that and it you can feel it right away after doing like 10 of these, i call them twisties it twists your abs section

My faves are
1!. Crunches (Lay down on your back and lift your shoulders of the ground)
2!. 6 in!. (Lay down on your back and lift your feet six inches off the floor and holdd)
3!. Planks ( Lay down on your stomach and put your elbows on the floor and fold your hands!. Thenn lift off of the floor and keep your back straight and hhold!.)

Doing strength training will not get rid of the layer of fat over the muscles!. to look vascular and show muscle definition needs a clean diet with very little fat and alot of fat burning cardio sessions!. Doing 50 crunches a day will do f*ck all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
