Question:

How much weight could i lose in 2 months?

i have seven weeks until school starts
i want to be a size 1- i'm a 3 now
13 years old 5'7'' 125 pounds
could i get down to 115???

Answers:

Don't confuse weight with clothing size. Dense muscle weighs more than flabby fat (i.e. inches), some women have wider hip bones which simply won't fit into a smaller size. And, a person who squishes (or starves) themselves into a size 1 isn't as attractive as a person who is very fit and well-proportioned, wearing a size 7. It's not likely people notice the difference between a size 1 and a size 3. For your height, that seems very small.

Experiment and see what exercise you *like* doing, then it will be something you look forward to doing regularly-don't just chose something to lose the weight fast or you'll lose interest in it quickly and give up completely. Watch the types of foods you eat and don't get into "starvation" mode , or you'll quickly gain all if not more weight back once you start to eat normally, not to mention the havoc starvation reaks on your entire body, including your brain. Eat when you're hungry, but be conscientious about the types of foods you're eating. Drink lots of water, but don't go overboard or drink water when you're actually hungry.

If you start a healthy lifestyle now and make a committment to yourself to stick to it, you'll easily always be the perfect size for your body and never have to even think about your weight again.
