Question: Big event on May 30th, Need to Lose weight ASAP!. please help!?
I am 5'7 and a half, and about 160pds!.
a lot is muscule but i have a small amount of fat on my thighs and tummy that i'd like to tone before this big event!
please any HEALTHY ideas on how to lose weight in these next 23 days!

Working out everyday will do you wonders!. I worked out for an hour 5 days a week for 1!.5 months and lost 10 pounds!. In addition to that you must eat right!. eat meats and vegetables!. Stay away from junk food and too many carbs!. A little carbs are good!. Try to eat dinner early and when you do don't eat as much carbs!. You don't want to go to sleep with so many carbs on your stomach!. That's why is best to eat carbs before 4 p!.m!. so it will break down before you go to bed!. Drink tons of water!. do 3 sets of 25 of squats, lunges, backward lunges, walking lunges

for your tummy do ALOT OF PLANKS!!!! planks are great for your tummy

also avoid fast food, soda, and coffee

jogging is great for you tummy

try the special k plan, it will have you lose about 5 pounds in 2 weeks but it isnt good for you in the long run as it is compared to starving yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you don't want to do too many gimmick things with your diet but you can safely lose about 6-8 pounds by working out with a combination of cardio and weightlifting
