Can someone give me a diet plan?!


Question: Can someone give me a diet plan!?
I'm 14, 5'3 145 pounds, and I have 120 days to lose 45 pounds, thats 2!.625000000 pounds a week for 17!.14285728 weeks!. I need a diet plan that will be flexible for me while i'm still it school like maybe just and hour of bike riding and food to eat to help me lose the weight for ever!. I want to be skinny for 9th grade so I appreciate any answers!. My mom is thinking about buying me an elliptical and a treadmill but until then I only have a bike as a work out!. you dont need specific diet plans!.!.just strictly limit existing food portions and brisk walk 1-2 hrs a day!.!.!.you can do that on your treadmill itself and of course,dont give up!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wow - 100lbs is too low for you!.

You are young, still growing and to drastically reduce your calorie intake is setting you up for future problems with fertility, bone strength, etc!.

Eat more healthy, nutritionall dense foods:-

Breakfast - oatmeal with water & milk!.
Lunch & Dinner - lean mean or fish with salad/veg and some amount of carbs!.
Snacks - fresh fruit, dried fruit, nuts!.

NO fizzy drinks, diet foods, microwave foods, processed meats, packet cereals (so high in sugar)!.

Skinny girls aren't attractive girls - ask any guy for his honest opinion and he'll say he wants a girl to have curves so don't lose too much weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
