Is it healthier to ride a bike everyday or walk everyday (in the same exact distance)?
Which gives you a better excersize?
Answers:
Walking is the best exercise you can get, hands down. (Walking, not jogging!) Riding a bike is good though, too- maybe you could toss that in there a couple days a week just for variety? :)
Just remember not to push yourself. Start out with small distances and gradually add on to it.
