Hi, ive been told today that to eat healthily i need to eat
a kings breakfast
a princes lunch and
a paupers dinner
or something like that, basically meaning that breakfast should be my biggest meal and dinner the smallest!. I usually only have cereal for my breakfast but should eat more!. Has anyone got any ideas for what i could have for my meals to make it as stated above!?

A good breakfast would consist of 1/2 cup of yogurt with some fruit and granola on it, a slice of whole wheat toast, scrambled egg and a sausage patty, then you would have a snack which could be a apple with peanut butter or cheese and crackers!. then dinner would be 3oz chicken breast, some veggies and a small baked potato!. Then another snack !. if you need more ideas let me know as I am new to changing the way I eat also and it has been a great challenging experience!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well i am on a mission to lose weight myself!. i'm going to start exercising every morning starting tomorrow!. my diet is eating 3 meals a day, breakfast, lunch, and dinner!. this is what i typically eat!.
breakfast options
1 cup of cereal w/ 1/2 cup skim milk
egg white and spinach omelette w/ 1 slice whole wheat toast
oatmeal
i always have an apple with breakfast
lunch
4 oz!. grilled chicken over a bed of lettuce
natural pb+j sandwich using natural peanut butter, natural jelly, and whole wheat bread
4 oz!. turkey sandwich using whole wheat bread
dinner
4 oz!. grilled chicken breast or fish w/ at least 1 cup of veggies
i love to eat soy ice cream, so i allow myself to eat it once every other week
as far as my exercise goes, my cardio is 6 miles a day, i get my heart rate up to my fat burning zone, takes about an hour!. once i get down to a more comfortable weight i am gonna go back to the gym and strength train 3x per week with my personal trainer and than i'll be able to train at the gym by myself everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've tried that but I've always found it problematic because I get my exercise in the evening and if I have a small dinner I'm always starving by bedtime then I would binge!. If you want to try it then I would make an egg while omelette with reduced fat cheese and some fruit for breakfast, a turkey sandwich on whole wheat with another piece of fruit or some pita chips for lunch and a salad with grilled chicken and low cal dressing for dinner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well here is what I have, and I never visit the Doctors, only once a year!. Over eighty as well!. For breakfast!.!.!.!.Banana, Actimel, Coffee!. Lunch!.!. today Ham Sandwich, and an apple!. tonights dinner!. Salad with everything on, two pieces of chicken, new potatoes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
