Does excercising your legs help your growth?!


Question: Does excercising your legs help your growth!?
I am 18 years old, and I am 5''6'
I don't want to be this short for the rest of my life
I want to get at least 5"10' when I am all grown up!.
Does anyone know if working out the lower part of your body helps you get taller!.
Also, does stretching out before going to bed really work!.
What are some recommendations!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It seems hard for u to grow 4 inches when u r already 18 years old!.!.!.
BUT u dont give up Billy!.
Working out the lower part of ur body does help to a certain extent!.
Stretching is fantastic!. but dont do it before going to bed!.
U will just hurt urself!. No, to get the best benefits of stretchng, u should stretch just after ur workout!.
At that time, all the muscles are active, so it is easier to push urself to the limit than u usually do!.
Also, running and power, i!.e!. brisk walking help a bit!.
Swimming is the best exercise for growing fast !!!
One more important thing,
height growth depend upon -
1) High-protien, balanced diet including all dairy products and lentils, especially soya!.!.!.!.
2) Regular exercise
3) Calm sleep!.
Yes, it may sound weird, but when u have quiet and calm sleep at night, the hormones which boost height growth secret positively!. It is scientifically proved!.
So, follow these 3 things and
