Question: I want to be a model!.!?
I'm 20, 5'10 and very inspired!. The problem is i'm 260 pounds when I used to be 145!. [Long story on how I gained the weight!.] but How can I lose the weight!? I already joined the gym that's step number 1!. I haven't gone yet what should i do!. I want to be fit before turning 21 in october!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first, eat right!.!.!.include veggies, fruits, water, and fish in your diet!.!. work out 4 days a week!.
day 1- get on the treadmill and the bike for 30 minutes each
day 2-rest
day 3- get on the stair climber for 30 minutes and the elliptical trainer for 30 minutes
day 4- rest
day 5- target muscles!.!.do 3 sets of 25 of planks, lunges, walking lunges, backward lunges, push ups, crunches, jumping jacks, squats, punches, kicks, side kicks, back kicks
day 6- rest
