Can you help me find a solution for a Health Club I work for. Please??
Ok here is my problem, every time I check the gym where I work there are weight scattered all over the place, Sooo Im always having to put them away and I start to sweat and I hate it. Any ideas on how to get people to put there weights back on the racks. We already have signs. That say zero tolerance. Any ideas Im open to suggestions. Thank U

that is up to your supervisor to make sure the rules are enforced...that's what he is getting paid for...bring it to his attention again and see what happens....good luck...
