Question: Trying to build muscle!.!?
I'm trying to build muscle during the summer!. I don't know any good ways to do that!. I'm not looking for anything I have to pay for or go to just something I can do on my own over 10 weeks or more!. I have no fat im trying to loose just trying to build muscleWww@Answer-Health@Com

Protein powder no more than 30 minutes 3 times a week of cardio and heavy free weight at least 4-5 times a week!. To build bulk of muscle you need HEAVY with less reps!. You should be able to do almost 3 setts of 8 -12 reps!. You could give up in middle of the 3rd set and that is a good sigh!. Once you feel like you can do 3 setts and not be out of breath !.!.!.!. add to the weight!. If you do less weight and more repetition you gain more lean long muscle rather than fast bulky muscle!. I also find that Creatine with protein powder helps me lift a lot more about 25% more!. That is also something you might want to look into unless you have a preexisting medical condition in which case you would need to talk to a MD before working out or taking any suppliments!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well Jack your best bet is going to the gym!.!.!.because Bench Press, Back squat, and curls!. But Crunchies, push ups and running with a well planned out diet!. Since your not going to the gym you should do it everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
