Question: I wanna get my arms stronger and my chest!.!?
im 16!. 5!.4in and i weigh 120ibs!.i been lifting weightz doin push upz sit ups!.and im juss not geting bigger!.i neep help!.can any body help me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you've only been doing this for, say, 2 weeks, you are not going to see results in that short of a time!.
The best way to grow muscle is "train like an animal, eat like a horse, and sleep like a bab!."
Train as hard as you can every single time, you muscles will respond and grow!.
Eat more meals in smaller portions, your body needs the fuel to grow!.
And sleep at least 8 hours a day to allow your body to heal and regroup for the next gym session!.
To specifically isolate your chest muscles, you can do dumbbell bench press and pec flye, each in 3 sets of 10-12 reps!. For arms, good old-fashioned barbell curls and dips are the best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
