Weight gaining?!


Question:

Weight gaining?

you know like people say when pueberty hits you'll experiance weight gain, but how long does it take? I started pueberty 2 years ago, and have had no experiance with weight gain.

Uff...I hate to explain so much :-D. There are two types of people - Ektomorphes and Endomorphes (well...I'm not sure about the words in English) .
So ,Ektomorphes gain weight extremely hard - usually they're thin ,even skinny. With proper diet and fitness/exercises they gain weight ,change their way of eating (just the bad habits are "removed" with the diet) and become Ednomorphes.

The other type ,Endomorphes ,gain weight and fats very easy. Usually they're with normal figure ,but if they eat too much - fat (as you say - gain weight).

I would say that Endo- and Ektomorphes are just different types of lifestyle. I mean ,if you eat 1 or 2 times and day ,you can't expect to gain weight. Probably if you don't train anything ,you won't loose either ,but you won't gain!
If you eat 4-5-6 times a day ,you'll definitely gain some.
So ,it's up to you. Forget about those thing about puberty and etc.
Just feed properly (vegetables ,fruits) ,don't too much fats (like chips and crisps) and you won't have problems with the weight
