I'm assuming you want to lose weight!.

I recommend you start counting calories!. To work out how many you can have each day follow this formula:
For Women: 655 + (4!.3 x weight in pounds) + (4!.7 x height in inches) - (4!.7 x age in years)
For Men: 66 + (6!.3 x weight in pounds) + (12!.9 x height in inches) - (6!.8 x age in years)

For you to lose weight you need to subtract from this amount!. If you subtract 500 calories from your daily amount you will lose 1 pound per week!.

Physically exercise should also be taken into account!. Depending on how active you are you should add 10-40% to your daily calorie total!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You know when I was 14, I was 40lbs!. over weight and I made up my mind that I was going to take the plunge!. I stopped drinking soda's and went on a toast and tomato diet!. I ate two pieces of toast with slices of tomato on it for breakfast, lunch and supper!. Sometimes I would put mustard on it and peppers for a change!. I drank a lot of water too!. I lost 25lbs!. in 2 1/2 weeks!. I not saying you should try this but maybe you could come up with something that will work for you!. Learn to love yourself, just remember you are worth it!. I'm 48 yrs!. old now and I'm trying to loose weight again after a illness!. I am determent to do this because i am worth it!. People who exercise regularly not only lose weight faster, they are more successful at keeping it off!. itd be better if we had more information!. Get a trampoline, hey're awesome and help you excercise!! I know what you feel like, I hate the way I look, and I'm 16, 5'2, and 145!. it could be insulin resistance!. do you have dark patches anywhere in your body, a dark line around the neck, skin/hair/ problem, depression, an apple-shaped body!? if yes, see a doc immedeatly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go for a walk and do exercises, It sucks being overweight because I am but if you have confidence then you can do anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
