Eating in the morning instead?!


Question: Eating in the morning instead!?
usually i eat small snacks throughout the day, but today im feeling kind of down and realized i wouldn't be hungry later, so i ate all but my dinner and after-kickboxing snack already!. it's 8:45!. i've eaten -1 cup cucumbers
- 2 pcs!. whole wheat bread
- 1/2 small chicken breast
- 1 cup fat free yogurt
- 1!.5 cups raspberries!.
my question is: because i ate all this withing period of 2 hours, is my body going to hold on more to the calories!? will i gain weight from eating this all at one time, rather then throughout the day!?
im going to kickboxing for two hours later today, and a jog!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, i dont think your body is going to hold onto the calories more!. In fact, you didnt eat many calories ! cucumbers, raspberries, yogurt, chicken!? all very healthy!. if anything, i think it will fuel you up for a day and make you feel better!. Best thing to do anyway is to eat when you are hungry in a couple hours!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think your body will hold on to all those calories, you barely ate anything!Www@Answer-Health@Com
