My friend is currently taken them she has lost 30 something pounds already " IN 6 MONTHS" so like 5 pounds a month!. But you need to read the instructions and FOLLOW THEM and do a type of sport for 30 minutes daily!.

Alli binds to fat in your food!. The more fat you eat the messier the process is!. Meaning, anal leakage!!
