Question: Testosterone's out the sky, metabolism is slow, and calories are low!?
ok im 18 and my testosterone is at its peak, i played football in high school i used to put up 235 and squat 450 and leg press all the way down and up 900lbs, im 5'8!.5 and 194-198lbs approx!. im trying to get six pack abs or a flat stomach!. i have been doing sit ups and crunches everyday 3-4 set 20-30 reps, i do push ups and tri workouts i notice my arms and tri getting bigger but my stomach only seems to stay the same, i feel the burns and i fell the muslce under the keg and i have gone from a 38pants to 34 but no visible results YET as far as slimming down!.!.i have been doing this for about two weeks and 3 days now and ive been eating nothing but tuna salad,veggies,fruits,whey protien(after i get done working out),milk(only one cup every other day or so) and like 6-10 16!.9 ounce bottles of water a day, i usually walk for 45 mins to an hour!.!.!.do you think__(a) i should do push ups everyday as i am now, (b) i will see results in 14weeks more and (c) i want to try lipo 6 x's pill should iWww@Answer-Health@Com

Do a very low carb diet like 50 carbs or less per day!. Do on 2 weeks off two weeks for as long as you can stand it!. I was about where you were nearly 3 years ago (I wasn't able to diet the whole time of course) but now I am starting to see some definition around my abs and down the middle a little!. Most women don't give a crap about a 6 pack anyway, they are happy to be able to say well he's got a nice stomach, also I can't vouch for lipo 6 but I have been taking hydroxicut hardcore and it works pretty well!. I also do a lot of walking!. Walking is the most under-rated excersize!. Its easy, nice to do on nice days, you don't have to do it alone, and you don't have to haul a$$ to get a huge benifit!.
