How often should you workout?!

Answers:
You should work out every week definatley!. It depends, if your planning to only exercise for like an hour or 30 minutes you should go workout everyday!. Also, you don't really have to go to the gym everyday!. I suggest you to do different activities for each day of week!.
For example:
Monday: go to gym
Tuesday: stretch for 1 hour and play tennis
Wednesday: tredmil for 1 hour then basketball
Thursday: run around a park or a nature walk
Friday: go swimming
Sat: go to the gym and workout for 2 hours
Sunday: yoga

those are just some things!. But also eat a variety of foods!. Each day eat vegetables, fruits!. I'm not saying just eat veggies and fruits from now on becuase you do need to eat meat to get energy!. but just watch what your eating , don't go to mcdonals or Kfc of any of the fast food places!.

Just don't sit around the house eating chips and watch TV!. You really have to go out and experience life!

At least 4-5 times a week, for at least half an hour!. If you're doing cardio exercise (running, biking, elliptical machines, etc!.), every day wouldn't hurt!.

Unrelated, but still helpful: For God's sake, cut sugary drinks out of your diet!. Soda's the obvious one, but a glass of apple juice contains about the same amount of calories as a glass of Coke!. (And you thought juice was the healthy choice!) Calories Burned > Calories Consumed means you'll lose body fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

everyday you should do cardio alot!. i run everyday about a mile or 2 and then i lift weights and do pushups till i feel like my arms are gonna break off!. lol im training to get into the marines!. and you should do crunches too and sit ups but those wont help you lose weight those just tone you!. the cardio is the key run go swimming or go biking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I work out 5 days a week for an hour to maintain my body weight!. I think it depends on you and your body and how much weight you're trying to loose!. You should consult your doctor first to get a check-up to make sure everything is okay, then pursue an exercise regime and STICK TO IT!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think working out 5 times a week when u r doing cardiovascular exercises like running or brisk walking is fain!.
But i do power walking everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
