9!. have you heard meditation and deep breathing ex!. thendo it!. you can go wikipedia and writ meditation nadi shodhan!. it wil give you a lot of energy!. this energy will help you throughout the day!.

I am also 22 but i weigh 90kgs!. I have been bodybuilding for years!.

If you wish to lose weight remember that there are two main types of food that will cause you to gain it!.
Firstly the oily foods such as meats, i!.e fried brecfast, pork, steak etc!.
This type of fat is the easiest to burn off with a little bit of excercise!.
However Carbs are the ones to watch out for!. Stay away from white bread, use soda bread instead, stay away from burger buns, pasta, noodles, and the yellow egg part!.
Anything that contains alot of carbs!.

Remember when looking at the RDA on sides of food packs,
its not the fat to watch out for, its the carbs!.

Stay away from carbs and do a lil excerise oh and no BEER!!
