Excercise help!!!?
I am 14 and I am not really happy with my body. I have pretty muscuIar legs, but I would like to know some excercises that would help tone my legs, and butt. I would also like to know how to remove the small amount of flab I have on my stomach. and would weight lifting help tone my arms?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

leg press,, preferably decline position,, provides the most stability for best leverage,, ie best form with most weight,,, form is most important always,, 12 - 15 repsto positive muscle failure,, for general fitness goals (toning),, squats are also great especially for full body development,, but i like the press for legs,,
