Hey i am 15!.!.!.!.!.really need big help here!.!.!.!.!. i'm so thin!!!!.!.!.!. i would do anything to get fatter!.!.!.!.!.!. my height is 172cm!.!.weight 50kg!.!.!.!.!.!. !.!.!.!.!.!.+ i really dont like it when some of my friends call me bone man!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. so any1 out there willing to guide me or help me!.!.!.!.!.Please

Ok - are your parents thin!? If so, you can't really fight genetics!.

If they aren't, well, you are still growing so you could start filling out in a few years!.

You can start lifting weights at the gym but you will still be lean but toned, you are probably a little too young to start lifting the whacking great big weights which will bulk you up!.

If you are still concerned, go to your Doctors as if you are eating lots it could be an overactive Thyroid!.

Don't resort to steriods - my Boyf is a photographer, we needed a muscular guy for a photoshoot!. Saw the perfect guy but he took steriods as his back was red raw with "Steriod Spots", not the look you want!

Firstly, see a doctor and see if everything is OK!.
If OK, simply ask doctor ways of putting weight on!.
For me, eating carbohydrates like noodles/pasta/ and bread
let's me gain weight!.
Also, doing a bit of weight training with some protein shakes
may help you too!.
But as i have said see what your doctor thinks!.!.!.they know best and have trained years to give you the best advice!.
Also, don't be hard on yourself!.!.feel good that you have been blessed with little fat!.!.!.millions of Americans suffer from being overweight!.!.!.so count your blessings, feel good, and ignore people who say you don't have a good weight!.!.!.all the best!Www@Answer-Health@Com

My advice for you is weight lifting and body building exercises!. This will help build muscles!. Sounds like you have the genes from your family!. Some people can eat and eat and never gain weight!. There are gyms that you can get an
instructor to tell you what exercises you should be doing!. These are the professionals!. I highly recommended them!.
I know I sound like a commercial, but always check with your doctor to make sure you can start any exercising program!.
