5 days a week Weight training?!


Question: 5 days a week Weight training!?
I am in and out of weight training for some time now and just recently got serious about it!.

I am doing 5 days a week training for two weeks now and think that I could keep this pace going!.
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Shoulders
Thursday - Arms
Friday - Legs

I'll mix them up sometimes for variety!. For example, it's Wednesday and I'm doing shoulders I will do some light chest or back!.

My question is, is it really advisable to do 5 times a week!? Am I having enough rest!?
