Too much sweet stuff??!


Question: Too much sweet stuff!?!?
ok i have a slight problem

today ive already had

1 fairly large slice of cheese cake - probably 350-450 Kcal
2 dark chocolate cubes (they were quite small)
a small ice cream bar (156 Kcal per bar)
a muller light yogurt (100 Kcal per tub)
2 apples and a small plum
3 cups of coffee with semi-skimmed milk and 1 teaspoon of sugar

i also had a VERY large bowl of cornflakes today and a small humus beagel as well as a burger we made at home (with a bun but no chips or cheese with it) the burger was 245 Kcal according to the packet but i have no idea how much the bun was

now everyone is being served magnum ice cream and its my favourite, Almond!.!.!.!. and i dont know if i had too much today already

did i eat too many sweets and too much in general today

im male, 19, 63 Kg , 5 feet 10 and i did 200 minutes of walking the dog today andi was weeding the garden for 30 minutes as wellWww@Answer-Health@Com

63 kg is defiantly an OK weight for a guy of 5 foot 10
you seem to be pretty active with the exercise so you obviously need plenty of sugars

the UK government suggests 2500 calories for adult males such as your self
plus you do extra exercise

so no, i don't think that is too much
although maybe you should be balancing out your savory food (with oils and proteins) a little better with your sugary foods

You are young and active so your calorie in take is not that much for a growing male with seemingly high metabolism you weight is fine and you have enough moving around a day!. But your choice of food is not very healthy!. If you continue like this over age 21 in a few years you will be a cow! also it is bagel not beagle! Beagle is a dog and I hope you didn't eat him with your humus! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

As a male take your body weight and multiply it times 15!. That is how many calories you need to consume in a day to maintain your weight!. Eat less lose weight!. Eat more gain weight!. Simple!.

Also a siple idea is eat less, exercise more!. However, what you eat makes a difference too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

fats and oils shouldnt be in your daily diet!.!.
well 1,300 calories is what you should eat a day just keep track i guess!.!.!. and if your not fat or getting fat then dont worry about it most guys can eat a lot and not get big you knowWww@Answer-Health@Com

that's a lot of sugar!.
However having fats and oils in your diet daily is what you need!.
I'd lay of the sugar and the carbs for the rest of the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly if you have to ask, then you probably ate too much!. You wouldn't be asking if you didn't deep down already know the answer!.
