Question: Do any slimming tablets or drinks work !?!?
do any slimming tablets or drinks work i need to loose weight and quickly i have cut back to 3 meals a day and am eating a bowl of cereal in morning , sandwich and coffee for lunch and then my dinner and a cup of tea at about 9pm and nothing with it!. i go gardening in the evening and run around messing with the dogsWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have tried many diets, pills and drinks!. The only one that works is cutting back your calories and excercise!. Weight watchers are the best!. You will loose weight and by the time you do you will have gotten into the habit of healthy eating!.

Really there is no short cut, wish that there was!. If you just use pills it damages your body, if you starve yourself your body holds onto the fat and then when you start to eat again your body puts on more weight than ever!.

Sadly you have to fool your body and loose it slowly!. You can do weight watchers on line, it really is the best and safest way to loose weight and to keep it off!. Good luck you can do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. If they did work then there wouldn't be an obesity problem!.

Cut out the cereal - this is processed and contains sugars and chemicals!. Eat a natural breakfast of oatmeal or porridge!.

No white bread sandwiches - eat rye bread or have a lean grilled chicken or fish salad and similar type foods for dinner!.

You can eat between meals - have a piece of fresh fruit, dried fruit, nuts, seeds!. No fizzy drinks, no 'diet', 'low fat' or microwave meals!.

No they don't work!.
They recommend you take them with a healthy balanced diet!. If you do this infact the balanced diet is making you lose the weight not the tablets!.

They also say take a tablet with a full glass of water 30mins before a meal AGAIN it's not the tablet filling you up it's the water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think any of them work, it's just a case of putting less in your mouth & more physical activity, what you are doing sounds just fine & i'm sure you will see the weight come off!. Alternatively do what i do & just cut out dinner now & then!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
