Oh my god! That's what you eat!? How old are you and what is your current weight!? There are a lot of factors to look into before even considering what you should and shouldn't eat or what activities to engage in if you want to drop weight!. I have been a fitness professional for a lot of years and trust me when I say that if you are overweight, chances are (about 80% of the time) food is the problem!. You can exercise until you are blue in the face, but if you keep eating too many calories and/or not enough of the right nutrients, you are just wasting precious time and energy!. Exercise is the most important thing if you don't want to just be thinner but look like Gumby (like Subway's Jered), and you will have a stronger heart and actual shape to your leaner body if you are active!. Just be careful and seek a "certified" trainers advice when looking for the right activities!. When I'm leaning out, I eat atleast 5 meals per day to keep my metabolism in high gear!. If you tell your body you're starving, it will program your fat cells to hang on to the fat to keep you alive in famine mode!. That's a built-in survival mechanism!. My breakfasts during leaning periods consist of lots of egg whites and only 1 whole egg and then oatmeal with Splenda or clean!. My next snack is 4 oz!. of lean meat (chicken breast or fish), 2 cups of green leafy vegies (clean or with butter buds, seasoning and a little salt and pepper), and a small palmful of almonds!. (If you don't eat any fat, you will be hungry!. Fat keeps you satiated!.) The next meal before my workout which is a circuit routine (so I don't have to workout longer than one hour and get my resistance training and my cardio done at once!. If you workout longer than 1 hour per session, GET A LIFE!)!. 3 times per week is plenty too, so you can have a life and still look like an athlete!. That meal is about 1/4 cup of oatmeal!. This gives me just enough slow burning energy to kick butt during my extreme workouts!. I follow the workout immediately with another 1/4 cup of oats; a small red potatoe, nuked with butter buds, salt and pepper!. Then I take a shower and 30 minutes after the workout which is when I'm all cleaned up, I eat 4 oz!. of leaner red meat (like sirloin) to get the creatine!. By then your body is primed to suck in that precious protein and creatine!. My 4th meal is basically the same as the 2nd meal and I follow it with an identical meal ONLY IF I NEED IT a couple hours after that!. You'll know if you feel really weak if you need that last meal!. Safely, you should only lose 1 to 1!.5 lbs!. per week, but when I've followed this in the past, I will drop sometimes almost 1/2 lb!. in a couple of days without losing 1 lb!. of muscle by the end, but I take vitamins like religion!. If you diet, you MUST take a good multi-vitamin!. How can you get the same amount of nutrients if you don't eat the same amount of food!? Try driving further in your car on less gas!. Ain't gonna happen!. Anyway, this diet is very nutritious, very clean and includes a lot of what you need!. If you starve, your body's metabolism will slow!. If you constantly throw conservative amounts of highly nutritious food at your body, your metabolism will stay high and everything you eat will go to good use instead of being packed on as extra fat!. Trust me on this!. People pay me GOOD MONEY for this advice!. The ones who take it look amazing!. The ones who don't !.!.!. well, they get strong and cardiovascularly more fit but they never will look like an athlete like the ones who eat right!. This is the truth!. It's hard to do and I won't lie about it, but that's why not everyone looks like a million bucks!. You have to really want it!. My dad died too soon because food was his drug of choice!. What a waste!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey,
I hate to be be mean but your diet is horrible!.
but we can make some simple changes to what you like to eat!.
breakfast stick with your cereal as long as it isn't a sugar sweet one!. make it healthy add some fruit for the sweet factor!.
9:10 no cheed with the pretzel!.!.!.
never the hashbrown
skip the choco milk if it's not low fat or skim milk get a juice instead!.
the bagel isn't bad but use peanut butter or non fat cream cheese!.
lunch: no burgers!.!. salad grapes and milk is good!.
dinner increase your veggie intake!.

cut the fat out of your diet but you can still eat what it is you really like!. Most non fat foods taste just about as good and after a while you won't like the fatty ones!.

good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are eating WAY too much when it comes to "snack-time"
If you want to lose weight, eat the very fiber-y cereal!. It just slipped my Frosted Wheat and that sory of thing, it will keep you filled until lunch!. For lunch, you should have a turkey sandwich on whole-wheat bread, some celery or carrot sticks, a bottle of water or a glass of skim milk, and a fruit cup!. When dinner finally rolls around, eat dome baked chicken or salmon, dark green, leafy vegiies (spinach salad, for example), a bit of fruit, and if you must have dessert, eat some low-fat or non-fat jello or a fruit cup!. I hope I helped! Just cut out all the extra salt and sugar!Www@Answer-Health@Com

avoid the pretzel, cheese (it's not good for weight loss), bagel, cream cheese, hasbrown, and make the milk plain!. if you don't like it plain, try low-fat chocolate milk!.

cheese burgers aren't working!.

make the rice brown, if you haven't yet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't eat those things everyday!.
you have to eat different things every day!.
a variety, is better for your diet :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to stop eating fattening foodsWww@Answer-Health@Com

You don't have to stop everything you enjoy!.!.!.for example I couldn't handle eating brown rice and sometimes I love a milkshake!. But you can only afford to have the occasional indulgence if you eat healthily otherwise!. Pretzels, cheese, hashbrowns, milk, bagels, cream cheese and cheese burgers are all either high in calories or cooked in fats which in turn make the food high calorie!.

Really you shouldn't need anything at 9!.10!. If you must have milk make sure its low-fat!. Otherwise have diet drink or water with a low-carb cordial etc!. Most snack food is unhealthy and generally makes you feel hungrier in the long run as they cause blood sugar spikes and as the sugar comes down you feel hungry again!. I suggest a ham salad sandwich or something long those lines if you need to eat at 9!.10!.

The cereal you eat in the morning will affect how hungry you are at 9!.10 too!. If it is a high energy cereal as they call them then you will no doubt have a blood sugar spike and feel hungry again!. If you eat something with grains, wheats, oats or brans like sultana bran or muesli the energy released is more sustained and your hunger will be reduced!.

Also quantity is of vital importance with any food!. Grapes are healthy but contain natural sugars, sugar=calories, therefore too much fruit can lead to high cal intake despite receiving good vitamins, which is why vegetables are particularly good, they have much nutritional value without too many calories!.
People get used to eating certain volumes and then go on a diet and eat half the amount and feel so hungry they can't keep it up!. It is best to not diet but have long term goals!. Slowly reduce your meal size over a couple of months and you will soon find that you won't be able to eat the amount you used to because you will feel full sooner!.

In short, cut out snacks and crap food!. Reduce food size gradually!. Keep exercising at least 3 times a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
