I'm a very mature 12 year old almost thirteen and overweight. I am 5,1 and weigh 120 pounds. My love handles are huge and my belly is floppy please help.

That's changing your exercise and eating habits a mere 500 calories a day to lose a pound in a week. Completely do-able! Take a brisk 2-3 mile walk or jog some of it. You will burn about 100 calories/mile. Now substitute a salad for a burger or fries or stop drinking soda or juice and drink water. That's a few hundred calories. Simple changes and (hugely important) realize it's about subtly changing your lifestyle permanently and not looking for quick fixes that will fail you in the long run. Take the gradual approach and you will find yourself enjoying your long-term future as you become more healthy (a better goal than just shedding love handles - which will come as well in time).
