Is it bad to run when I'm still sore?!


Question: Is it bad to run when I'm still sore!?
I just worked my legs out on tuesday!. My legs are still a bit sore!. I usually do a 10 minute run before and after a workout for warmup and cooldown!. Is it bad to run when my legs are still a bit sore from the workout!? It doesnt hurt at all when I run and Im not straining the sore muscles either!. ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

well, it depends how sore you are, because I doubt it that you would want a torn muscle!. But if you say it doesn't hurt, then there is nothing wrong with it!. Sometimes, when a muscle is sore after workout, a good way to relieve it is to work out a little more not the next day, but two days afterwards!.
but like i said, if it doesn't hurt, then go for it!. But I personally don't recommend for you to jog more than what you jogged Tuesday!. Hope this worked for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have heard that if you are sore the next day after exercise, do half of the exercises that you did to become sore!. I guess it's like the "hair of the dog that bit you"!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, if you aren't hurting the muscles in anyway or straining them then it should be okay!. As long as you are comfortable and not in pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is good to walk it out so that you aren't so sore but don't just not do anythingWww@Answer-Health@Com
