WELL DONE YOU! AT LEAST YOU ARE MAKING AN EFFORT TO LOSE A FEW POUNDS!. WEIGHT LOSS SHOULD BE DONE GRADUALLY,IT IS NOT A MARATHON!.TRY GENTLE EXERCISE,BUT LOTS OF IT,AT THE SAME TIME MAINTAIN A HEALTHY EATING PLAN!.[other wise you are fighting a losing battle!.] STOP WORRYING ABOUT THE AFTERMASS,ONE STEP AT A TIME,THEN AFTER YOU ACHIEVE YOUR GOAL,YOU CAN GET EXPERT HELP WITH ANY UNSIGHTLY SAGGING SKIN!.[which may not be as bad as you think it will!.] KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK,YOU WILL FEEL SO MUCH BETTER WHEN YOU ACHIEVE RESULTS,AND GOOD LUCK!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your skin will probably not be baggy!. I think if you weighed 600 pounds and went to 250 pounds due to gastric bypass surgery (or any other form of extremely rapid weight loss) your skin would be baggy!. The reason is because your skin is elastic and therefore adjusts to your body as it loses or gains weight!. If you lost it too quickly, then your skin doesn't have enough time to adjust!. If you lose it normally, 1-3 pounds a week, it has enough time to shrink to your smaller frame!. 75 pounds isn't enough to gain a "skin cape"!. My sister lost about that much and she looked fabulous, I never noticed anything weird about her skin!. I wish you the best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

When adipose cells increase in size, the whole body accommodates, bones to support the weight, and skin stretches!. The skin is somewhat elastic but not contractile so no!. You will have to remove that excess skin by surgical means!. Some people have more excess skin than others,Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your face should lose it alsoWww@Answer-Health@Com
