A salad
8 cups of water
60 sit ups
A mile 3 times a week
Some push ups
and one of the following
biking
swimming
jumping rope
lifting weights
As your body starts go get in better shape make your goals harder. Instead of doing 60 push ups do 100 and instead of running 3 miles a week run 4. Simple stuff like this will soon help you to loose weight and get more muscular.
