Meal plan..good, bad? HELP! 10 points!?!


Question: Meal plan!.!.good, bad!? HELP! 10 points!!?
Ok!.!.what if i only eat these foods for like 2 weeks and do 10-20 minutes of pilates, 45 mins of cardio and 10 mins of abs!?
Oh and like 10 mins of side bends !?

Blackberries, blueberries, grapefruit, lemons, limes, oranges, rasberries, plums, pears, cantaloupes, strawberries, watermelon, artichokes, asparagus, broccoli, carrots, celery, cucumbers, egg plant, leeks, lettuce, parsley, peppers, spinach, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, and zucchini!.

Apples, apricots, cherries, grapes, honeydue, nectarines, peaches, tangerines, greenbeans, beats, cabbage, cauliflower, chives, corn, pickles, endive, garlic, onions, parsnips, peas, pumpkin, cabbage, turnips, and most seafood!.

its called like catabolics!. Oh and a ton of water, but i CANT have milk, no bread, cheese, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That sounds semi- healthy but you are missing a lot in important nutrients and food groups!.
For example the biggest group: Grains!.
And believe it or not your body needs fat!.
And milk or milk products are another must!.
And protein is extremely important!.
All the fruits and veggies are good though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ummm to lose weight healthily, you'd have to mainly eat the seafood, and maybe get some kind of calcium pill

But other than that, low starches are always good, so you're on the right trackWww@Answer-Health@Com
