What is a good way to increase hydration?!


Question:

What is a good way to increase hydration?

Yes drinking water is the obvious answer, but I need more than that. I just bought a scale that measures hydration. I should be at 50% but I'm only at 30% and that 30% is after adding 64 oz of water to my diet each day.

I know I should stop drinking cafinated products, but what else can I do?


Answers:

If you want to get serious about it muscle holds more water than fat. Try some exercises-I wish I knew hold old you were- maybe some weight training. And keep in mind that sports drinks like Gatorade really do help. You definitely should lose the caffeine, but you already know that.
